How do you decide the offer?
By what the bottle would fetch on our shelf: house, fill, condition, and how often it is asked for. We show our reasoning with the offer.
Cash or credit?
Either. Credit is worth more — typically ten per cent above the cash figure — and can be spent on anything in the house.

We say so plainly and quickly. A pass is about our shelf, not your bottle.
