Buying
What does unboxed mean?
The bottle came to us without its outer carton, or the carton did not survive. The perfume inside is exactly as the house made it. We say so on every listing, and price accordingly.
How do I know how full a bottle is?
Every listing gives the fill as we measured it, in millilitres and as a photograph against the light. Anything below half full we do not sell.
Is there only one of each?
Usually. Most bottles are one of one; when a second appears, it gets its own listing and its own photographs. Once a bottle is gone, it is gone.
Authenticity
Is every bottle genuine?
Yes. Each one is checked by hand before it is listed: batch code, weight, atomiser, glass, and the box where it survives. If we cannot be sure, we do not sell it.
What if I have doubts once it arrives?
Write to us the same day with photographs. If we cannot satisfy you that the bottle is what we said it was, we take it back and refund in full.
Delivery
How quickly will it come?
Lagos, the same day for orders placed before two in the afternoon. The rest of Nigeria, three to five days. Outside Nigeria, five to eight. Every parcel is tracked and signed for.
How is it packed?
The bottle is wrapped, cushioned on all sides, and boxed so it cannot move. Glass travels well when it cannot travel at all inside the box.
Can I return it?
If it arrives damaged or not as described, yes, within seven days, unsprayed. A change of heart we cannot take back, because the next buyer deserves an unopened bottle.
Selling to us
What do you buy?
Designer and niche houses, at least half full, in good condition, with or without the box. Not testers, decants, or anything we cannot authenticate.
How is the offer decided?
By what the bottle would fetch on our shelf: house, fill, condition, and how often it is asked for. We show our reasoning with the offer, in cash or in store credit worth more.
